Along with features that help companies generate interest, the application also supplies effective organizational tools. The user can access an administrative interface and keep track of applicant status and related notes. Resumes can be instantly sent on to managers for consideration. Professional and courteous rejection notices can also be generated and sent to the declined applicant.
